Yesterday, our #FamilyProject had a Parent Network Event at Weston Park Museum, where @PeteMcKee's and SYC's joint exhibition is currently open! It was a great afternoon out, with the some of the creative team behind the 3D 'HOPE' wording getting to see their work displayed 💙

What a truly incredibly powerful and fitting way to finish the 4th International Young Carers Conference with a message from the young carers and young adult carers to the world. All put together by them in just 2 days (See comment for part 2) #Awareness #Support #Choice

Here is part 2 - the young people only met on Tuesday, with even more inspired to get involved yesterday. They discussed, wrote, agreed and delivered such a clear, powerful message clearly stating what they want for all young carers. It was a privilege to be in the room #IYCC2024
