Thrilled to share our paper published in nature, where we uncover a new process of tumor initiation through a polyclonal-to-monoclonal transition at the @precancerous stage. So proud of my fantastic team (led by Zhaolian Lu ) and incredible collaborators! nature.com/articles/s4158…

Extremely proud to see my PhD project exploring intra-tumor heterogeneity in complex karyotype AML finally out in Nature Genetics ! 🎉👩🏻‍🔬 They say that 10,000 hours make you an expert, so I guess after more than five years of work I’m half-way there 😅 ⬇️1/5 nature.com/articles/s4158…

Kicking off the new year, our paper by Leo Speidel et al. is out describing what to me is a breakthrough in ancient genomics. By using genealogies to study ancestry we can get much more resolution to study finer-scale history. We call this method Twigstats.

🔥New #review out! We explore how experimental models and high-throughput sequencing (or, all the ✨#omics✨) complement each other in #metastasis research. Bridging these approaches can unlock deeper insights into #cancer progression and #treatment
