Extremely proud to see my PhD project exploring intra-tumor heterogeneity in complex karyotype AML finally out in Nature Genetics ! 🎉👩🏻🔬 They say that 10,000 hours make you an expert, so I guess after more than five years of work I’m half-way there 😅 ⬇️1/5 nature.com/articles/s4158…

Kicking off the new year, our paper by Leo Speidel et al. is out describing what to me is a breakthrough in ancient genomics. By using genealogies to study ancestry we can get much more resolution to study finer-scale history. We call this method Twigstats.

Very proud of Bobby Bentham and his excellent new tool…we’ve been working on this for a while, very much hope it’ll be useful.

An important new tool from Bobby Bentham & Nicholas McGranahan enabling inferring T & B cells from genetic sequencing data now published in Nature Genetics!
