Dear Clinical Colleagues, Students are not a burden, they are a joy. They are a valuable asset to a team & are the future The reason you were able to graduate and become the professional you are is because someone took the time to invest in you. PAY. IT. FORWARD.

There's a worrying drop in the number of people applying to midwifery courses in the UK. 📉 Applicants for 2024 are down 10% from last yr & lowest no of applicants we’ve seen in the last 6 yrs. 📉 This wk we received figures that show the no of UK-educated mws joining the NMC
