Another interesting example of AI structure prediction aiding #cryoem structure solution. Here Nieng Yan Princeton MolBio and Chuangye Yan Tsinghua University use it to reveal fascinating insights into in-cell cholesterol sensing with a digitonin-bound SCAP/Insig-2 complex.
