After beating Antrim this afternoon (5.16 - 0.10) Waterford Camogie are into the All-Ireland semi finals, Galway too. QF's KK v Cork & Tipp v Antrim, next week, Croke Park. Semi finals both on 22nd July, Nowlan Park. Last year was Waterford's 1st SF in 63 years, now its back to back.

This morning, I had surgery to fix a herniated and generally banjaxed disc at the base of my spine. 10 years of being crippled are about to come to an end, and I can't wait to get back to a normal life again. 4 weeks of lying flat and still now 😅 Your health is your wealth 🤗

One week down the road on recovery and all looks good. Still fairly sore and I'm as weak as a kitten, but coming along each day. I can only lie down flat or shuffle around the house, but I'm happy all the same. Feels like the op has worked 🤞 3 more weeks with these sexy socks 😅
