It’s a privilege… to hit the weight room at 5 a.m. to be exhausted after giving your all at practice & trainings. to balance a hectic class & football schedule. Not everyone gets to still play the game they love after high school. I’m blessed & won’t take this for granted.

My senior year of hs last year, my mechanics & release looked much different. My release time averaged 0.5 seconds. I had a great hs career, but I challenged myself & worked hard to be greater! My release is now 0.3 seconds with the help of Ryan Walker. 🚀 It’s not easy work,
