Started my visit to Tirana with a constructive meeting with PM of Albania Edi Rama on the sidelines of the #EPC Summit. We discussed avenues to enhance 🇦🇲-🇦🇱 cooperation and exchanged views on regional & international developments.

Had a productive meeting with President of the European Commission Ursula von der Leyen and President of the European Council António Costa on the margins of the #EPC Summit. We discussed 🇦🇲-🇪🇺 partnership, democratic reforms & regional developments, including the peace agenda.

Attended the opening of the 6th European Political Community Summit in Tirana. Important platform for dialogue with our European partners.

On #BiodiversityDay as leader of #Armenia 🇦🇲- host & incoming Presidency of #COP17 of the Convention on Biological Diversity in Yerevan 2026 - I reaffirm our commitment to advancing international cooperation to live in harmony with nature & protect our planet’s rich biodiversity.

I also welcome the decision to hold the EPC Summit in Azerbaijan in 2028. It’s important to emphasize that Armenia and Azerbaijan reciprocally supported each others candidacies to host EPC.
