Our nuclei isolation protocol suitable for single-cell RNA-seq is finally out. We used challenging tissues from Populus trees with thick cell walls. Only possible thanks to a great team work at Matias Kirst 🇺🇦 lab as part of Nitrogen Fixation project. #singlecell
