Every time a convo on constitutional amendment is ignited, ppl say we have a good constitution, it just needs to be implemented. It's been 15 years. It's clearly not working for us. Election annulments, handshakes, boycotting. All indicators that it needs fine-tuning. No?

What do you think needs tweaking in the constitution so as to serve Kenyans better ?

If we're to focus on solutions for the tensions we see today, a constitutional amendment to introduce midterm elections specifically for MPs Senators and MCAs, would strengthen their checks and balance role.
