We should not disregard #Kagame. He is a military strategist, having fought in the frontlines and delivered his minority (20%) Tutsi tribe to control Rwanda. I doubt if our guy has ever navigated the battleground or ever shot a gun in conflict. I’m no proponent of Kagame btw✌🏾.

The whole #M23 movement was born out of a mixture between fleeing Rwandan Hutus and Congolese anti govt militants. The mineral rights fight is being exploited by capitalists There’s no way to separate them. Thats why this is so complex. We wish peace for Africa.
