1/2 On Lincoln Alexander Day, I was honoured to speak at the unveiling of the bust of the Hon. Lincoln Alexander, the first Black person to be elected to the #HoC (1968), to serve as a federal Cabinet Minister (1979), and to be appointed as Lieutenant Governor of Ontario (1985).
