Despite the dry conditions this crop of KWS Palladium is romping on & the Flag leaf is 50% emerged. Previous crop: W.OSR & a quite a difference compared to other fields following Oats #Breakcrops The dog likes it too! ⁦KWS UK Ltd⁩

With only 15mm since drilling I am pleased with this crop of spring barley #CoverCrop & grazed with sheep, prior to drilling would have helped with #SoilHealth plus it was direct drilled, retaining the small amount of 💧 in the soil #IFM

Our #FarmVisits went international today. We welcomed a group of young farmers from Northern France. Interesting discussion through an interpreter. The key difference is farmers in France are in control of their food system & in the UK we are dictated to by supermarkets #IFM
