Our Year 6 pupils were impeccable representatives of our school during their Leavers' Assembly Birmingham Cathedral! They created a school banner, wrote prayers and joined in with action songs too!🎶We carefully brought back the candle for next year's Year 6! 🕯️Well done everyone! 👏

Our guitar teacher from Services For Education, Mrs Tomlinson, has been working really hard to teach pupils to play the guitar 🎸. On Thursday, they showcased their progress and talent. They were absolutely amazing! Well done, guitarists! 👏🎸 👏

Our Year 4 and 5 girls were excellent representatives of our school when they visited Hillcrest School to participate in the Primary Olympics! They all enjoyed themselves and came back to school with lots of medals! 🏅Well done everyone!👏

Gardening Club were excited to harvest their Grow Your Own Potatoes and took them home to enjoy! Some were boiled, some were made into chips and crisps-wow!The verdict was that they were delicious!🥔🍟Year 1's sunflower won the competition & had grown taller than some of the children!😲🌻

Year 5 have been working really hard over the past 10 weeks on honing their swimming skills at Linden Road Instruction Pool. They were awarded certificates for their achievements during Praise Assembly! 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️

Some of our pupils were excited to learn how to ride a bike today with our Bike Right instructors as part of the Bikeability programme! They had great fun and were very proud of their achievement! 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️ #bikeability

During our Headteacher's Awards,certificates & prizes were awarded to pupils that have impressed the adults in their class! These pupils demonstrate excellent behaviour & a positive work ethic! Prizes were also awarded to the pupil earning the most house points in each class! 👏

Pupil's had a fantastic time at our Attendance Disco tonight! Everyone was 'showing off their moves' and singing along happily! 🪩💃🕺 After using our energy, we enjoyed refuelling with delicious snacks! 🍪🧃 #attendance

Our Yr6 pupils have been having fun participating in the combined Level 1/2 Bikeability course!🚴 They practised their observation, signalling, communication and positioning skills. They began to use all of these with growing independence-well done! #bikeability

Our Year 6 class performed their Leaver's Production-Out of the Ark Music Pirates vs Mermaids to their adults today. They were incredible, adding their own personality to their character, singing, acting and dancing confidently! Well done Year 6...you were fantastic!🎭#classof2025

Our Eco-Schools England Eco Warriors were thrilled to have received their 'Green Flag Award'-with distinction, for all of their hard work! 👏We've also been awarded the The Tree Council 'Beacon School' status and look forward to working on this more next year! Well done, Eco Warriors! 👏

Today, we held our annual 'Leaver's Assembly,' celebrating each Year 6 pupil. It was wonderful to share the positive comments made by the staff about the pupils, share a powerpoint of pupil memories and 'flashback photos!' #leavers2025
