More nurses are quitting their full time jobs (with benefits, pension, stability) to work for private nursing agencies (without benefits, pension, stability). The trend has gotten worse & unfortunately, there are no measures in place to RETAIN nurses within the public system.

SAHRH is seeking participants for a 45-60 minute qualitative interview. This community-driven study aims to advocate for safe spaces for South Asian LGBTQIA+ communities, and bring their health concerns to the forefront. $50 will be provided to honour your time.
