Closing out an excellent day yesterday celebrating the life and work of Richard Boys, here is Darren Wilkinson giving the inaugural Richard Boys talk. Thanks to all who were able to come and join us.





Really excited to be heading up to Newcastle for the first time to give a seminar for the NorthEasternRSS local group. I am presenting Anastasia Mantziou's excellent PhD research on Bayesian model-based clustering. The paper is tentatively accepted so stay tuned for updates! :)

A lovely day Newcastle University giving a seminar NorthEasternRSS local group. It was great to learn about exciting statistical activities in the NE. I was surprised to learn the NE local group is more than 75 years old! RSS History Section any info on founding members of this group?
