First full week ✅ Part of the lesson for our new Y6’s was they had to pass a basketball and tennis ball around their group, but coming up with different routes for each ball - testing our cognitive skills!

We’ve had 2 girls football events in the last couple of weeks, which we’ve loved! The girls played with big smiles and worked hard on improving their skills and understanding 👏🏼 ⚽️

We were very lucky to have Hannah Taunton in for a special KS2 assembly last week. The children definitely felt inspired and excited after hearing all about Hannah’s journey to becoming a Paralympic bronze medalist!🥉 👏🏼 🏃🏻‍♀️

We’ve had a busy November with lots of children taking part in sports and representing the school. We’ve had X Country, football, more football and a group of Y5/6’s took part in Sportshall Athletics earlier this month. Well done to everyone that’s joined in! 👏🏼

A big thank you to @coachcairdy who came into school to deliver the FA Whistler’s Programme to a group of our Y5/6 girls. A great intro to officiating and leading, now to put our skills into practise with some games 👍🏼😗⚽️
