The beginning of the school year is all about exploring new things. So our CSD first years made sure to visit Dr. Viorica Marian, the Ralph and Jean Sundin Endowed Professor of CSD, at her Bilingualism and Psycholinguistics Lab to learn all about her research.

While there they were treated to a live demonstration by postdoctoral scholar Dr. Concepcion Soto. Soto showed them an experiment that combines tracking eye movements and recording brain activity, using EEG tests, to study how people process different languages. #SoCSeriousPlay
