We strongly condemn Russia’s horrific attacks across Ukraine in recent days. Strikes on residential areas in Kryvyi Rih and Kharkiv follow a deeply disturbing pattern of targeting populated areas. Our thoughts are with the victims, their families, and all those affected.

I strongly condemn Russia's brutal attack on Sumy, Ukraine. Deliberately attacking civilians is a grave violation of international law. Russia’s behaviour is unacceptable and must end. My thoughts are with the victims, families, and all affected by Russia's devastating war.

Norway strongly condemns Russia's missile and drone attacks last night, targeting civilians in Kyiv and other areas in Ukraine. Targeting civilians like this constitutes a serious violation of IHL. These attacks demonstrate that Russia, not Ukraine, is the obstacle to peace.
