Woke up at 3 AM, prepped food, crushed a reading session, hit the gym by 5, swam for 45 minutes, and started my day by 7. Feeling super energetic! If you know me, you know what “energetic” means!🙌🔥

Had a very successful day in the heart dissection lab today. Truly believe this helps understand spacial orientation which helps tremendously in echocardiography! Ahmad Mahdi Ahmed Maraey, MD Mouna Kodali Nourhan A. Chaaban, MD UT Cardiology Fellowship #echofirst #CardioTwitter #medtwitter
