Nam sets that FGEN banding into INTERIOR NY

this is NNJ/NEPA/Hudson valleys window of opportunity to dump- it'll be a short 3hour window

If Nam is correct it'll snow till all the moisture us tapped out... should help amounts big time after main dump- probably 8-10 hours of flakes flying after dump, surface low will wrap around the 700mb contours and snow itself out
