15 data workers from 4 continents developing and delving into distinct research questions alongside their co-workers. That is the **Data Workers' Inquiry**, and I'm excited for you all to meet our co-researchers, hear their stories, and support their demands on June 20!

I'm at ACM FAccT in Rio this week. I'll be leading our CRAFT session "Decoding Hate in the Horn of Africa's Digital Landscape" scheduled on Tuesday June 4, 11:35am - 1:05pm inside Sao Conrado Room.

We will be discussing about how the hate and violence spread through social media platforms result in catastrophic real world offline consequences, what should an ideal content moderation look like, and disagreements in moderating such content. 2/4

We will have a wonderful and diverse set of panelists including journalists, activist, content moderator and ML researcher to decode and dissect these problems. 3/4
