still see doctors botching this simple point in podcasts it´s not true that "the cholesterol you eat has no impact on your cholesterol levels" what role does this play in the grand scheme? for most people, a modest one. there are bigger factors like fat type and fiber

A common belief but not supported by evidence Eating carbs doesn´t cause obesity or diabetes. In fact you can fix those issues on high carb, low carb etc The problem is not the macronutrients but rather the energetic excess largely from ultraprocessed foods
