This is an amazing app I’ve been using for the last few months. Mark has built something truly unique, easy to use, and incredibly helpful to decision makers.

Many easy wins to unblock our dysfunctional state Take PAYE: - Apply to HMRC - Give them info they already have - No response - Have to wait 2 months before you can follow up The Effect: - You can’t hire - HMRC get less tax - Business moves slower Ripe for automation

The State of the Nation. Stagnant wages. High housing costs. High cost of living. We have officially released a Growth Dashboard which tracks these important metrics and puts them all in one accessible place. 🧵

TfL: “In terms of the graffiti, anything that helps make the case for new trains is going to be helpful.” Supporting decline is no way to lobby for funding. Clean it up TfL. Or we will.

This is ABSURD TfL IS NOW IMPLYING THAT LFG PUT THE GRAFFITI THERE Rather than admit they aren't doing their jobs, they're pretending Joe and Looking for Growth volunteers are criminals! Do your jobs. Clean the tubes. Don't smear the people doing your jobs for you because you won't!

Imagine being so unable to fulfil a basic duty of your organisation that you have to imply citizens who are doing it voluntarily are criminals We need competent public sector leaders. Not ones who continue the decline and slander those who do something about it

This response is actually incredibly revealing. Rather than recognise the problem, the TfL boss’s first reaction was to make (farcical) excuses to justify the status quo. It’s exactly this stalemate attitude that is how we have such inefficient and unacceptable public services.

If TfL remove 3000 pieces of graffiti a day, and they are photographing each one (as a critical piece of evidence), and the police are investigating this properly - then there must be loads of prosecutions for graffiti. That’s assuming any of the above is actually happening…

Every carriage is grafitti’d outside or inside on the 08:58 Eastbound Central Line from Marble Arch. TfL ,@mayoroflondon & Andy Lord whatever you reckon you’re doing to sort it - it isn’t working. Looking for Growth & Joe Reeve - 🇬🇧/acc are right, this isn’t good enough

We're back with the second edition of the LFG PODCAST 🎧 This week we're talking to polling guru Scarlett Maguire about the LFG Monthly Opinion Tracker, and reflect on the disconnect between politicians and voters after a tricky week for the government.

We're getting a LOT of positive feedback on this episode already. This week has been a deeply depressing one in Britain - another government is spiralling into failure. Scarlett Maguire speaks on this and why voters distrust politicians.
