doi.org/10.1016/j.preg… An excellent point of care whole blood PLGF test that will be cost effective and as accurate as NICE recommended tests. There are others too. Should allow uptake worldwide where they can save lives. Evaluating them in India, Brazil and Africa now.

Escalating caesarean deliveries & the impact on subsequent preterm b... sciencedirect.com/science/articl… A problem confounded by the fact that the preterm births tend to be early, recurrent, and difficult to treat by current interventions. Do help with the ABOVE trial.
