We’re kickstarting the immunization campaign across #Syria! Over the past week, health teams mobilized in Lattakia, Deir-ez-Zor, Hama, Quneitra, Damascus & beyond. Led by the Ministry of Health with support from 유니세프 & World Health Organization (WHO), thanks to Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance. #WorldImmunizationWeek

I visited UNDOF in Quneitra, underscoring the importance of close United Nations cooperation in supporting stability and humanitarian efforts. Stronger coordination across UN actors remains vital to address the needs of communities in sensitive areas.




Edem Wosornu and Altaf Musani Emergency Directors from @OCHA and World Health Organization (WHO) respectively had a fruitful discussion with the Head of HAC in Homs.
