Great to pick up a Civic Trust Award for 2 Royal Avenue on Friday Belfast City Council @brighdinfarren collaborating with MMAS+ Jonathan H.S. Ross @lyndseydougall Beth Milligan. Recognition for an amazing project and space for the city run by the brilliant @mayweevents @yallani

Judges Comments: “2 Royal Avenue fills a critical void in the city’s shared spaces, providing a non-denominational hub that fosters a sense of belonging and community”

It has something quirky, public and open which is hard to incubate and has been so successful. There is definitely a danger the next set of changes small or big could ruin it - it is something we have spoken about. Alot of credit to Eimear and team for how the space ‘hosted’👏
