Here’s a fun update from Canton, where a former tire shop has been converted into a youth arts center thanks in part to a $200K cultural facilities grant we managed! The EN-RICH-MENT Arts Education Center provides free access to fine and performing arts classes.

It might be hard to envision it now, but an important milestone took place Monday at the @OhioExpoCenter. Crews erected the first sections of steel at the site of a new state-of-the-art entry gate on the north side of the grounds. Ohio State Fair

As you can see from these aerial photos from Peterson Construction Company, progress is coming along nicely at the construction site of the new middle-high school being built for Celina City Schools. It is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2027.

Congratulations to the Richland Academy of the Arts in Mansfield. Renovations to their dance studio, elevator, and restrooms are taking place. We’re proud to assist by administering a $350K cultural facilities grant.

Important improvements are happening at Ohio DRC’s Dayton Correctional Institution in Montgomery County. Crews are building new structures and walkways to replace current stairs, access ramps, and entrances between buildings.

Representatives from Resource International, Inc., a full-service consulting, engineering, and construction services firm from Columbus, recently requested a meeting with our team to discuss projects and opportunities for improvement. We look forward to working with them in the future!

Crews are entering the final stages of construction on the brand-new elementary school for @WCCityCchools. These photos show how the building is coming along. This 97,281-square-foot school will accommodate grades 2-4 and host its ribbon cutting in August.

Big things are happening in Vinton County, where crews have kicked off work on Rio Grande Community College's brand-new McArthur Center. This 22,000 square-foot facility will offer a variety of degree and certificate programs to Rio Grande students. Opening spring 2026.

As we near ever closer to its official opening, the new middle school for Milford Schools in Clermont County continues to come along nicely! The brand-new Milford Middle School will include 206,800 square feet of new space upon completion, which is scheduled for August.
