Yesterday we joined our sisters from Young Women at Bindura Magistrates Court. Sister sister #solidarity Glanis Changachirere Sandra Rutendo Zenda Kudakwashe Munemo Onai Nyahunzvi

We were back at #BinduraMagistrateCourt in solidarity with Onai Nyahunzvi our community mobiliser. The magistrate dismissed the application to except to the charges and moved that the matter proceeds to trial on 18 November 2022.

We were back in court in solidarity with our community mobilizer Onai Nyahunzvi for the ruling on the defense's application for referral to the constitutional court. The application has been dismissed & the matter has been deferred for trial on 15 February 2023 Sandra Rutendo Zenda

We were back at #BinduraMagistrateCourt in solidarity with Onai Nyahunzvi our community mobiliser whose trial has commenced today despite the charges being defective.The trial will resume on 2 March,to allow the State to locate its two witnesses who were unavailable today.

This is good news. Sandra Rutendo Zenda and Kudakwashe Munemo remain out on bail pending trial. But this is not even what we should be celebrating, we need a restoration of rule of law and not rule by law in #Zimbabwe
