On Saturday May 24, 2025, there will be a road closure on Riverside Dr. The detour to get around downtown will utilize Webster St and Keowee St. This map is a suggested route to go from south to north and avoid the closures. Sign boards are posted to help with navigation

🚨Troopers from the Hamilton Post recently cited two vehicles traveling 127 mph in a 65 mph zone in Butler County. Since the beginning of the year, troopers have cited more than 3,600 people with going 30+ mph over limit. Stay safe-slow down! #SlowDown

Recently, the Patrol joined forces with the other members of the 6-State Trooper Project to focus on seat belt enforcement. Collectively, during the multi-state enforcement effort, troopers issued 6,863 seat belt citations and 401 child safety seat citations.

This week is National CPR and AED Awareness Week. Did you know? Every cadet is trained in CPR, and each Patrol post is equipped with at least one AED (automated external defibrillator). These tools allow troopers to perform life-saving work!
