Starting Thursday, Feb. 13, 2025: Oregon State University’s Corvallis Recreational Sports facilities will be closed until noon due to expected inclement weather. Events, programs and services scheduled before noon are canceled.

Carsen French is our last employee of the month for February. Carsen come from Klamath Falls and works in our Sport Programs area. He's currently in his fourth year and has a goal to win one more IM Champion shirt before graduation. Congrats, and good luck, Carsen!

Carter Martin is our first employee of the month for March! Carter works for the ALI & is known to bring the stoke. When not at work you can find them playing sax in the OSU Jazz Band. Their life goal is to empower disadvantaged folks to experience the outdoors. Congrats, Carter!

Our next employee of the month for March is Mechanical Engineering major Kira Kronberg. Kira comes from Bend & has a goal of living in all of the places they love to climb. Kira loves camping, rafting, canyoneering, snowboarding: anything that gets them outdoors. Congrats, Kira!

Jenna Yoshimoto is our first employee of the month for April! Jenna works on our Information Technology team & keeps our systems up and running. She hopes to leave an impactful legacy on the world around her through her character, merit & ambition. Congrats, Jenna!

Our next employee of the month for April is marcom's own Jessie Crane! Jessie is a senior Marketing major from Ashland, OR. She loves doing anything outside, especially hiking and camping, both of which she's done in her job at Rec Sports. Congrats, Jessie!

Our last employee of the month for April is Fitness & Wellness team member Alivia Stiles. Alivia is a Finance major and VP of the Investment Group in the College of Business, where they manage $4.3 million across three portfolios on behalf of the OSU Foundation. Congrats, Alivia!

Ipolani Sirling is our first employee of the month for May. Ipolani comes from Mokule'ia, O'ahu, Hawaii & is an Environmental & Ecological Engineering major working on our Facility Maintenance team. She's known for being cheerful & enthusiastic. Congrats, Ipolani!

Our second employee of the month for May is Equipment Maintenance team member Ella Ramsey. Ella is majoring in Mechanical Engineering and is known for her passion. When not at work, she enjoys running, pilates, hiking and painting. Congrats, Ella!

Maya Howard is our first employee of the month for June. Maya is a first year student from Newport majoring in Anthropology. She works on our Aquatics team and has also been a dancer for over 16 years. Congrats, Maya!
