A lady who I support, who has poor mental health, was stopped by a Cleveland Police officer in #middlesbrough to ask why she was out. When she told them it was for her MH, they took time to see if she was ok. They were caring. Important to share the positive side of policing👮🏼‍♂️🚓

#clapping might feel good The reality is for 10 years the NHS has been underfunded and privatised, staff underpaid and overworked. Can somebody please explain why voters chose the Tory Party who are destroying it when they could have voted for Labour who promised to fund it?!?!

Highlighted and discussed #COVID19 and #delirium in older adults with my #OT's yesterday and what high quality questions they could ask when carrying out telephone reviews to ensure delirium is identified at the earliest opportunity.

Rehabilitation is so important and is not being talked about enough. Occupational therapists have lots to contribute with dual training in physical and mental health #RightToRehab #COVIDrehab

De-cluttering this morning and I found this! All the feels came flooding back, excitement, apprehension, feeling like I might burst with pride wearing this badge! It’s funny really, as I’m about to embark on my first semester as a lecturer I’m feeling the same as I did back then.

1st day of participating in the walk challenge for World COPD day! Early morning walk before the rest of the house woke. There’s something nice about walking when it feels the rest of the world sleeps, or is just me 🤔 #worldCOPDdayTU2023 @TeesUniSHLS
