A lady who I support, who has poor mental health, was stopped by a Cleveland Police officer in #middlesbrough to ask why she was out. When she told them it was for her MH, they took time to see if she was ok. They were caring. Important to share the positive side of policing👮🏼‍♂️🚓

Highlighted and discussed #COVID19 and #delirium in older adults with my #OT's yesterday and what high quality questions they could ask when carrying out telephone reviews to ensure delirium is identified at the earliest opportunity.

Rehabilitation is so important and is not being talked about enough. Occupational therapists have lots to contribute with dual training in physical and mental health #RightToRehab #COVIDrehab

What a week! First “official” week as course lead, all BSc Occupational Therapy students welcomed back. An inspiring meeting with Samantha Harrison who got me very excited about a PhD idea. And a motivational meeting with jill kent setting aspirational goals for the yr ahead 🥰😴
