Does the North East have the most hospitals included in The HASTE Study ? This is a perfect project to combine local service evaluation, national performance assessment and all utilising a collaborative authorship model. Over 50 sites now - don’t get left behind! BOTA

Great to see so many hospitals of different shapes and sizes taking part. Quality data is important so we need all collaborators to log each consecutive case fully so all datafields go ‘green’ ready for the first data quality check. Incomplete data = no authorship good luck!

So important that all datapoints are complete for these large scale prospective studies. The devil is in the detail. We don’t want to lose any collaborators so please do check that all of your data is complete (apart from discharge if they are still an inpatient) !

Really great to see this Orthopaedic Trauma study live in so many hospitals! Great effort from our members and South Tees Bone & Joint and Academic Centre for Surgery (ACeS). Looking forward to the results of this and KNEE Study soon!

Massive congratulations to all our Orthopaedic Trauma members for making this study happen. No other specialist society can do this at scale. 1822 patients as of tonight, 77 centres. Please pay specific attention to data completion- every patient, every datafield completed for authorship.

Great to see so many new hospitals joining collaborations with us - welcome! These studies live or die on data completion so it’s vital that all datafields are complete. Sites significantly or repeatedly failing to complete will unfortunately go! Get in touch if any issues.
