Olentangy Liberty wins its first ever State Football Title, beating Moeller, 28-14! I’d call it an upset but Liberty was absolutely the better team. Huge plays all night long from seniors Andrew Leonard, Jake Struck, & Christian Moulton!

Kirtland and Coldwater are the state's two best small-school programs not named Marion Local. Each has 7 state championships and 13 title game appearances in the last two decades. The highlight of the weekend in Canton, this should be a phenomenal game!

In high school wheelchair basketball, the road to Kent State begins this week. Defending champ Tallmadge (14-0) is the top seed, followed by Massillon Jackson (11-2).

That's a wrap on another season of OHSAA and OIAS high school basketball for me. Congrats to Tallmadge and to all of the OHSAA teams still playing! In just a few months, it will be time for the Friday night lights once again.
