Here’s a question for my fellow track coaches. Is it possible to have a wind aided standing long jump. Had some results today that kinda blew my mind and we had some pretty strong winds. Remember there is no such thing as a dumb question, just dumb people (me).

This is what we need more of in our sport. Just lining up and trying to beat people, doing things for the good of the team. We had athletes in events they had never done before, just trying to beat someone for a point or two. Great format, great weekend.
