T2 A high stakes exam taken during residency would be disruptive to the residency education process. The focus on that exam (and the expectation for protected study time) would be similar to what we see with step 1. #MedEdChat

T3 - Even with limitations of standardized test, it would be a good to know that a student has sufficient knowledge of phase 1 before progressing to clinical work. #MedEdChat

While I am annoyed by the grounding of flights due to the Microsoft outage, I am angry about the complete lack of communication to the passengers that there even are delays.

I am attending an excellent Virginia medical student advocacy workshop. There is a disconnect of needs and resources in our clinical settings. We also do not consistently prepare our medical students with the skills to be successful in this environment.
