My 12 year old is a borderline savant at Madden, but I have managed to go on a tear against him running hard cover 2 on D and mesh on offense. He’s about to lose his mind. 😂

Since 2018 a large portion of our speed work has been done on the upper deck in old Ron Herrin Gymnasium… one of the only spots in our building not really touched by the 2020 renovation. Last week a freshman referred to it as “The Flight Deck”. I think that might stick.

Last week after a pick 6, one of our kids came up to me on the sideline and asked "Hey Coach, that gonna earn me a bolt?" Needless to say it's caught on pretty quick.

Olney is 4-0 averaging 51 ppg. Speed is the KPI of 🏈.

When I started working with Olney Central Baseball a few weeks ago, they told me they made it a priority to recruit players who were athletes... We tested Broad Jump tonight and 15 guys on their roster went 9 feet or further. 👀

We made it to the 2A state finals in the 4x1 for the first time ever in 2025… it took three 23mph guys and a 24 mph guy. The previous 2 years we made the semi finals but did not sniff the finals with teams ranging from 1-3 23mph guys and the rest being 22mph.
