Last week saw these Y8s to visiting University of Surrey for a CSI Maths day. They needed to solve the crime & find the suspect who killed professor Fred, all done by using lots of maths!! Thanks to Surrey WP & Outreach for the opportunity! ππββπ #OrielMaths #LearningOutsideTheClassroom
Our Y11 & 12 Food & Nutrition students baked croissants like professionals yesterday Bread Ahead before exploring the sites and flavours of Borough Market. Both the students and their culinary skills were amazing and did themselves proud. A brilliant day!! ππ₯ππ₯π #OrielDT

Our Y11s enjoyed a trip to the London School and College Leavers Festival Excel London Our students enjoyed learning about potential pathways post 16 and 18 in work and study and took part in lots of fun & engaging activities on the stands including auditioning for a podcast! π
Thanks to Love Local Jobs Foundation these Y9s had a workplace visit on Monday, hosted by the 1st Central insurance HQ to complete a team building escape room & have a chance to write their own personal statements with their brilliant Dare to Dream mentors. πππ #BusinessMentoring
