This fire occurred at the same complex where a fire occurred last night. That fire displaced two adults. 1 one of them was transported for smoke inhalation. No one was home for this afternoon’s fire. The cause of both fires are being investigated.

Crews responded to the 500 block of Church St. The main chiller in the building broke which caused flooding from the third floor down. Building has been evacuated. 1/2

This morning, Crews responded to the 500 block of Delaney Ave. A pipe burst which caused flooding from the fourth floor down. At least 24 units affected and evacuation is in progress.

Orlando Fire has turned over the scene to property management as all safety hazards have been mitigated, and all necessary evacuations from the first four floors were made. 1/2

Property management found temporary shelter for the evacuated residents. The remaining floors continue to have power, air conditioning, and all emergency systems are functional. Property management will continue to support residents while restoration services are ongoing. 2/2

#UPDATE: Last night, crews conducted a full evacuation of the building as the elevators remained out of service. Property management provided temporary shelter for many residents, others stayed with family. Undetermined when elevators will be back in service.

This morning, July 3, crews responded to a vehicle accident with entrapment on I-4. There were two patients total, 1 patient transported with minor injuries to ORMC and 1 patient refused transport. Crews still analyzed and monitored them at the scene.
