We love it when a plan comes together. As with orthopaedic surgery, the foundation of any successful surgery is proper pre-operative planning. Its in our DNA #PlanAndExecute

Returning to work from a well spent leave hits different: Your energy level, mental health, lessons drawn from self critique, reflections and adjusted resolutions for the rest of the year. PS. Take time off work, read a book, travel, spend time with loved ones and recharge !

4 years ago I chased an invitation to the SIGN conference, where I got a lot of inspiration. This year I was invited as a mentor, presenting & moderating a session. To say we have come a long way in Gambian orthopaedics would be an understatement, but there’s more to come #WeMove

On behalf of the staff of EFSTH_Ortho theatres, I'd like to wish a good afternoon to the thief who last week stole our kettle, our mugs and topped it off with our microwave socket extension. I can only assume they wanted to boost theatre productivity by cutting down break times🤷🏾‍♂️

We love to see... EFSTH_Ortho contributing to education in the subregion. This year alone our consultants have been involved in courses in Guinea Bissau, Sierra Leone and Liberia . Growing together is important to us. Better orthopaedic and fracture care for all
