The Orvis Virtual Mayfly Festival kicks off today with two weeks of online events celebrating the mayfly season. Follow the Orvis UK Facebook page for Facebook Live events and coverage from the @OrvisStockbridge Store this weekend.

Fun Fact: #DidYouKnow that the Dun's, (the stage between a nymph and adult mayfly) fly to streamside vegetation and usually live for just a day or two before moulting into adults. The mayflies then become “Spinners.”

Susan Skrupa, Director of The Mayfly Project UK will be chatting to Olly from Orvis Stockbridge about the project and of course, as a passionate angler, all things fishing. Listen LIVE on Wednesday 25th May at 12pm on the Orvis UK Facebook.
