Two weeks ago, I drove through the new tirinyi palisa-soroti road, then today Rwekenyu -lira Acholibur road .What a perfect work touching the ordinary lives of ugandas at their habitats. I see opposition having challenges to decampaign Yoweri K Museveni in 2026 in such areas.
