Our Parks have launched new pre and postnatal Couch to Fitness free activity programmes for new and expectant mothers. We’ve invested £311,000 of National Lottery Good Causes money in Our Parks to develop, while working closely with London Sport, the ActivePregnancyFoundation endorsed programmes.

.Our Parks have brought together a team of qualified instructors, specialising in postnatal exercise, to develop a brand new 6-week online programme to support new mums to build up their activity levels after giving birth 🙌 Endorsed by ActivePregnancyFoundation 💪

We’re delighted that the Couch to Fitness Prenatal and Postnatal Programmes have been nominated for the ‘Online Workout Programme of the Year’ 🤩 We worked closely with Our Parks to develop and launch these programmes to help more mums stay active through pregnancy and beyond.
