Parents stop letting these programs lie to you telling u your kid has to play eybl or for any brand team to go to college or be seen it’s a lie!!! They just have to put in the work coaches will come to your backyard if she’s good enough 💯

Not even the case. I don't get paid for engagement. I am someone who truly cares for our inner city youth. Kids that deal with things you and Trey could never even imagine or relate to. And when I see them being treat unfairly in something thats an outlet for them, I speak up

The thing with racism is that talking about it makes the unaffected feel uncomfortable, and sometimes guilty. So they resort to being silent to feel better and avoid accountability But the thing is, those affected are still victimized in that silence The victimized need allies

I'm not saying anyone in that game was racist yesterday What I am saying, is that implicit bias is real And my observation is that black kids are treated, viewed and talked to like men, while white kids are treated, viewed and talked to like boys And that's an issue in the USA

Thank u for being a voice I had some of my players tell me that some refs gives them the same vibes as racist police it’s sad that’s trauma when doing something you love
