The Ship received a warm welcome when she visited the Uruguayan Artigas Base at King George Island to deliver stores. Type 26 frigate #HMSGlasgow will enter the water for the first time today as she continues the next phase of her build. She will be secured on to a barge which will then be lowered slowly into the water. Currently weighing 6,000 tonnes, Glasgow will be towed to Scotstoun.
