Today we chatted with all-star resident Ryan Howard about how to be a good mentee and how to be productive researchers in medical school. Fellows and leadership are feeling inspired and ready to crush summer projects!

Lesson of the day: Comparison does not validate a person’s experience. Individual perceptions and experiences are valuable without assistance or opposition.

There’s very few things as satisfying as paying it forward. LEAGUES Scholars Fellows are already superstars. I’m just passing along truths from the school of hard knocks…hoping it helps them avoid my missteps and soar!
