What is the actual problem about Uganda(ns)? Is it leadership? Governence? Mindset? Citizenry? Or it is DNA (genetically related)?

Joseph Ssebaggala Kampi, a talented wood carver from Kitovu-Masaka had died! Rest well my good friend and naturalized 'wood scientist'. We globe trotted and showcased what we culturally knew about wood and wood carving! iwcs.com SHACKOBA The SHACK League

Let's not hide, the African Chief syndrome is eminent. The only end of tenure is demise! Stuff like that chair is for Dad, that plate is Dad, the LC chaps who came in 1986 and still on, team West Nile.. etc. Do we really believe in term limits or just chant about them?

Just reflecting on the Vatican processes! Is it that our 336 MPS who are directly in support of the leadership of this country don't understand our need for organized electoral processes and reforms or that even the 17m voting populace is this blind?

With 5.7tn and 4.4tn allocated to the health and education sectors in Uganda respectively, we should have had free education and health for all Ugandans who want. We should have the health and education facilities better than those in private sector?

To all civil servants who celebrated labour day yesterday and have braved the rains to office at 8am, asante! Tune the Monday news about your leaders, who left work on Wednesday lunch time with sirens, on their rhetoric speeches about fighting corruption. Protest Vote: One time during an election at Makerere University, our candidate was administratively eliminated from the race. We resorted to a protest vote against the imposed well supported candidate of the University. We won using a protest vote.

When a rich man dies, it's the negligence of the car manufacturer and the road construction unit. When a poor man dies, it's reckless driving. But our police also.

Still waiting for the results of the speed at which he was driving from the many cameras on that road now that the new traffic speed regulations are in force having. Uganda Police Force

What would Pope Francis say about the billions of money planned to be spent in preparation of the 2025 Pilgrimage ceremonies at Namugongo by the Catholic Diocese of Lugazi?

How about enforcers who ride without reflectors and helmets, sit on pickup trucks as passengers, create traffic controls without safety considerations of visibility distance and turning angles, talk on phone while they raise their hands to stop you...!!!!!

Is it us or the guys with sirens? I mean the ones who throw us off the roads? What makes someone think that they can abide by this 30kph limit?

Owen E. Sseremba (@owenemma6) 's Twitter Profile Photo

Dear Ministry of Works & Transport, in 2014, I was stopped by traffic officers with a speed gun. I was shocked because I was under 50kph in a TC . They showed me car details, unpaid traffic fines inclusive of time and locations. Did we hire Russians to do what we already had? Simon Kaggwa Njala

Some motorcades and convoys of VIPs in Kampala need special recognition. Their lead cars observe the speed limits in the city and can never throw you off the potholes if they see that you dont have maneuvering space. Thank you Edward Ssekandi
