Today marks one year since #Ukraine was invaded by Putin. To mark the day and pay our respects, we will observe a minute of silence at 11am today. We are also flying the Ukrainian flag over Oxford Town Hall to show solidarity with the people of Ukraine 🇺🇦🇺🇦 #StandWithUkraine

🚨 Lord Mayor’s Festival of Rugby 🚨 The Lord Mayor of Oxford’s Festival of Rugby will take place at Oxford Quins on Saturday 15th April from 1pm onwards. Our special guest is Lord Mayor of Oxford, Councillor James Fry There will be music, bars and lots of rugby #GTQ

This festival first took place two years ago thanks to the hard work of former Lord Mayor Mark Lygo and Oxford Quins. The current Lord Mayor, Cllr Fry, is very much looking forward to this year's tournament and sends his best wishes to both teams.

After a year packed with fundraisers, community get-togethers, and open days, it is time for Cllr James Fry to hang up his mayoral chains. We are delighted to announce that he raised over £12,000 for his three chosen charities - Aspire Oxford, @asylumwelcome and @oxfordemmaus!

Huge congratulations to our dear Cllr Lubna Arshad to be elected Oxford Lord Mayor. She deserves this as she is well-connected to all organization and community groups in Oxford. We hope that we would be selected to be one of the supported chosen charities in Oxford by her.
