Victoria Inc - there is currently a fire burning in the Santa Clara river bottom. It’s is estimated at approximately 3acres, moving slowly to the east. There is no threat to structures but the fire is producing a lot of smoke.

PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT (Attention beach and harbor areas) A tsunami advisory has been issued for the west coast after an undersea earthquake near Tonga. THERE IS NO NEED FOR EVACUATIONS AT THIS POINT. It is expected to arrive in our area around 7:45am.

Waves are expected to be around 2' high. Situation being monitored closely, as this coincides with a king tide which may possibly cause some complications or damage to harbor pilings etc.
