Lt. Col. Owen Adams assumed command of the 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat Team from Col. Shawn Wray at a change-of-command ceremony July 25 at Fort Indiantown Gap. The brigade is headquartered in Washington, Pa., and has units throughout Pennsylvania as well as Maryland and Ohio.
