Soluble α-Klotho (sKLA) exists in multiple conformations, supporting pleiotropic FGFR/FGF23-independent functions. #MassPhotometry revealed sKLA can exist as dimers as well as in complex with FGFR/FGF23. Preprint by Nick Schnicker from Carver College of Medicine et al. doi.org/10.1101/2024.0…
